RE: City of Lake Worth Hosts 2nd Annual Fishing Tournament
On Saturday, June 26 the City of Lake Worth Recreation Department will host the 2nd Annual Fishing Tournament from 7:00am to 11:00am on the Lake Worth Pier. Pre-registration begins Monday, June 14th; registration forms are available on the City of Lake Worth website and at the Osborne Community Center, located at 1699 Wingfield Street. Registration is $10 for adults and free for children ages 17 and under, individuals that did not pre-register will be able to register from 5:00am to 6:45am at the pier on the day of the event. Event parking is free for all parties paying the $10 entry fee. Participants will be divided by gender and age categories, and prizes will be awarded by category hourly based on weight with a grand prize awarded at the close of the event for the biggest fish caught.
